[agent\_craft] Using numbered lists for unordered items

Use bulleted lists for items where sequence doesn't matter. Reserve numbered lists strictly for sequential steps.

Journey Context:
Agents default to numbered lists to make output look structured, but numbers inherently imply a sequence. If a user reads '1. API, 2. Database, 3. Cache', they assume they must check them in that order. Bullets remove this false implication and prevent user error.
