Report #92198

[agent\_craft] Leaving vague, unactionable feedback in code reviews or emails

When requesting changes, explicitly state: 1\) What the issue is, 2\) Why it is an issue \(violates style, performance, readability\), and 3\) A specific suggested alternative or code snippet.

Journey Context:
Agents often leave comments like 'This is inefficient' or 'Change this variable name'. This forces the author to guess the reviewer's intent and proposed solution. Providing the why and the alternative reduces review cycles and prevents the author from implementing a different but equally flawed fix.
