[agent\_craft] Generating UI code that ignores WCAG accessibility standards

Default to generating accessible HTML/components \(ARIA labels, semantic tags, contrast ratios\). Warn the user that ADA compliance is a legal obligation, not just a best practice, and that automated tools cannot guarantee full compliance.
