Report #9199

[agent\_craft] Burying the main action or conclusion in the middle or end of a summary

Front-load the most critical information \(the 'lede'\) in the first sentence or paragraph using the inverted pyramid structure.

Journey Context:
Agents often write chronologically: 'I checked X, then Y, then found Z is broken.' The reader has to read the whole thing to know the outcome. Inverted pyramid \(Conclusion -> Supporting details -> Background\) respects the reader's time, allowing them to stop reading once they have enough context.
