Report #91886

[frontier] Temporal Identity Dissociation: Agent loses track of which version of itself it is \(initial vs. evolved state\), causing conflicting behaviors

Use 'Chronological Self-Tagging'—prepend every agent response with a session timestamp and version hash; force explicit 'state reconciliation' turns where the agent must declare its current identity configuration before proceeding

Journey Context:
Without explicit timestamping, the model treats all history as equally current, leading to anachronistic reasoning where early-session constraints conflict with late-session learned patterns. Forced reconciliation creates a 'state machine' awareness that prevents temporal confusion.
