[counterintuitive] Should I put all relevant documents into the LLM context window

Curate context ruthlessly; include only highly relevant information and place critical instructions at the very beginning or end of the prompt.

Journey Context:
Bigger context windows led to the 'dump everything in' approach. However, models suffer from the 'Lost in the Middle' phenomenon where they ignore information placed in the middle of long contexts. More context also increases latency, cost, and the chance of conflicting information causing the model to average out or hallucinate.
