Report #91543

[agent\_craft] User makes ambiguous statements that could indicate crisis or just frustration

Treat ambiguous statements \(like 'I can't take this anymore' or 'I want to give up'\) as potential crisis indicators. Ask a direct, caring question: 'Are you thinking about hurting yourself?' Then provide crisis resources. Do not assume it's just about the code.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to the coding context \('You can give up on this bug, we'll try tomorrow\!'\). This is a fatal error if the user is actually in crisis. Crisis intervention protocols mandate directly asking about suicide if there's any ambiguity—asking directly does \*not\* increase risk, it shows you care and opens the door for help.
