[agent\_craft] Choosing between technical jargon and plain language for mixed audiences

Define the term on first use, then use the technical term. If the concept can be explained simply without losing precision, use the plain language equivalent.

The standard pattern is to introduce the term: 'Use a persistent volume \(PV\) to store data...' This respects the expert's reading speed while educating the beginner.
