[gotcha] Stop taking antibiotics when you feel better to avoid resistance

Instruct the user to complete the entire prescribed course of antibiotics unless a healthcare professional explicitly says to stop.

There is a widespread, counter-intuitive myth \(often repeated in AI outputs\) that stopping antibiotics early causes antimicrobial resistance.
