Report #9108

[agent\_craft] Inconsistent grammatical structure in bulleted or numbered lists

Use parallel construction. If the first item starts with an imperative verb \('Create'\), all items must start with an imperative \('Delete', 'Update'\). If it's a noun phrase, all must be noun phrases.

Journey Context:
Agents frequently generate lists where some items are gerunds \('Creating the file'\), some are imperatives \('Create the file'\), and some are nouns \('File creation'\). This forces the reader's brain to constantly shift parsing modes, increasing cognitive load. Parallel structure makes the list predictable and scannable.
