[gotcha] Advising plain water intake for rehydration during severe vomiting or diarrhea

Recommend Oral Rehydration Salts \(ORS\) specifically, not just 'drink plenty of fluids' or plain water.

Journey Context:
A common agent response to dehydration is to drink water. In severe gastroenteritis, the body loses sodium and potassium. Drinking plain water dilutes remaining serum sodium, risking hyponatremia \(water intoxication\), which can cause seizures. ORS has the exact glucose-sodium ratio required for the sodium-glucose cotransporter to actively pull water into the bloodstream.
