[gotcha] Telling users to periodically loosen a tourniquet to 'let blood flow' back to the limb

Once a tourniquet is applied for life-threatening hemorrhage, it must NOT be loosened until a surgeon is available. Note the exact time of application.

Old first aid myths \(often in older training data\) suggested loosening tourniquets every 15-20 minutes to save the limb. This causes intermittent bleeding, accelerates blood loss, and drastically increases mortality. The limb is sacrificed to save the life. Modern guidelines strictly forbid loosening.
