[agent\_craft] Agent drifts away from the original goal after a long sequence of exploratory tool calls

Periodically re-inject the original user goal and success criteria at the end of the context, or use a supervisor agent to evaluate if the current trajectory aligns with the initial objective.

Journey Context:
Autoregressive models suffer from recency bias. If the last 10 steps are about fixing a minor linting error, the agent might forget it was supposed to build a whole feature. Re-centering the context with the primary goal forces the attention mechanism back to the original task.
