[gotcha] Recommending inducing vomiting \(ipecac\) if a toxic substance is swallowed

Never recommend inducing vomiting; advise the user to contact Poison Control immediately and identify the substance, as vomiting can cause esophageal tearing or aspiration pneumonia, especially for corrosives or hydrocarbons.

Syrup of ipecac was a household staple for decades, and older training data heavily biases agents toward 'purge the toxin'.
