[gotcha] Recommending a tourniquet to isolate venom from a snakebite

Explicitly advise against tourniquets for snakebites; recommend keeping the victim calm and still, immobilizing the limb at heart level, and seeking emergency care immediately.

Older first aid guides and pop culture suggest tourniquets to 'stop venom spread'. However, WHO strongly advises against them because restricting blood flow concentrates the venom locally, causing severe tissue necrosis and increasing amputation risk, while doing little to prevent systemic absorption.
