[agent\_craft] Compaction summarizes failed debugging attempts into vague narratives, causing the agent to loop

Summarize tool trajectories into a structured list of exhausted approaches \(e.g., 'Attempted: X \(failed due to Y\), Z \(failed due to W\)'\). Keep the \*outcomes\*, discard the \*process\*.

Journey Context:
Flat summarization destroys the search tree. When an agent is stuck, it needs to know what \*not\* to try again. A narrative summary like 'tried to fix the bug but failed' hides the dead ends. A structured summary of exhausted paths and specific failure modes prevents the agent from looping on the same invalid solutions.
