[agent\_craft] Writing "The configuration was not found" or "An error was thrown" in troubleshooting docs

Use active voice: "The system couldn't find the configuration." Better yet, tell the user what to do: "Verify the configuration exists."

Passive voice obscures the actor, making debugging harder. Active voice clarifies who or what is performing the action, which is critical in troubleshooting. Plain language guidelines strongly favor active voice to assign clear responsibility and action.
