[frontier] Agent cannot interoperate with external agents built on different frameworks

Implement Google's A2A protocol using AgentCard discovery and Task objects with Parts for cross-platform agent communication

Journey Context:
While MCP standardizes tool access, it doesn't address agent-to-agent negotiation. A2A enables capability discovery and multi-turn collaboration without forcing all agents into the same framework. Tradeoff: adds JSON-LD complexity vs direct HTTP APIs, but essential for heterogeneous agent ecosystems.
