[gotcha] Recommending ibuprofen or NSAIDs for pain/fever without checking for asthma

Ask if the user has asthma before recommending NSAIDs. If yes, recommend paracetamol/acetaminophen instead, as NSAIDs can trigger severe bronchospasm in a subset of asthmatics.

Journey Context:
NSAIDs inhibit COX-1, shunting arachidonic acid metabolism towards leukotrienes, which are potent bronchoconstrictors. Up to 20% of asthmatics have NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease \(NERD\). An agent blindly recommending ibuprofen for a fever could trigger a fatal asthma attack.
