[counterintuitive] AI can effectively replace junior engineers for simple coding tasks

Use AI as an accelerator for senior engineers \(reducing boilerplate they have to type\) rather than a replacement for junior engineers \(whose code requires senior review anyway\).

Journey Context:
The intuition is that AI writes code equivalent to a junior dev. However, a junior dev learns from review feedback and eventually requires less review. AI never learns from local review feedback \(its weights are frozen\), so every AI output requires the same high level of scrutiny forever. The true cost of code is in the review and maintenance, not the writing. Replacing juniors with AI bottlenecks seniors with perpetual review of unlearning code.
