Report #88425

[agent\_craft] Vague or context-less subject lines in pull requests or emails

Prefix subjects with the scope and use imperative mood. E.g., 'feat\(auth\): Add rate limiting to login endpoint' instead of 'Update login'.

Journey Context:
Subject lines are scanned in lists. Without scope, reviewers cannot prioritize or search effectively. A subject like 'Update' provides zero signal. Conventional prefixes \(feat, fix, chore\) and scopes allow automated tooling to parse commits and generate changelogs.
