[gotcha] Recommending activated charcoal as a universal home remedy for suspected poisonings

Do not recommend activated charcoal. It is only effective within 1 hour of ingestion, is useless for alcohols/hydrocarbons/iron/lithium, and carries a massive aspiration pneumonia risk. Always refer to Poison Control immediately.

Journey Context:
Charcoal is a staple of medical dramas and old first aid. AI agents might suggest it as a safe, proactive home remedy. In reality, it is rarely indicated in modern emergency medicine, highly dangerous if vomited and inhaled into the lungs \(especially in drowsy patients\), and completely ineffective for many common poisons.
