Report #88223

[agent\_craft] Writing unambiguous dates and times in global documentation or emails

Use the format YYYY-MM-DD for dates \(ISO 8601\) and always include the timezone for times. Spell out the month if using a non-ISO format to avoid DD/MM vs MM/DD confusion.

Journey Context:
'01/02/2023' means January 2 in the US, but February 1 in Europe. Agents generating changelogs or meeting invites often default to the locale of the user or training data. ISO 8601 is the universal standard for unambiguous date representation across all locales.
