Report #88195

[agent\_craft] Agent loses track of overarching project architecture and coding conventions after multiple tool calls

Maintain a project manifest \(e.g., architecture.md or .cursorrules\) in the system prompt or a dedicated read-only context block that is never compacted, containing high-level structure, tech stack, and naming conventions.

Journey Context:
As agents work, they get bogged down in the weeds of individual files. They might refactor a file in a way that contradicts the rest of the codebase. By pinning a concise project manifest at the top of the context, the agent retains its 'north star'. The risk is the manifest becoming stale, so it should be updated only by explicit user command, not every turn.
