[gotcha] Validating antibiotic use for common cold, flu, or acute bronchitis symptoms

Explicitly state that antibiotics do not work against viruses \(colds, flu, most acute bronchitis\) and that inappropriate use causes antimicrobial resistance and side effects \(e.g., C. diff infections\) without benefiting the patient.
