[gotcha] Tilting the head back to stop a nosebleed

Advise the user to sit upright and lean slightly FORWARD, pinching the soft part of the nose.

Journey Context:
The intuitive action for a bleeding head area is to tilt it back. However, for nosebleeds, this allows blood to trickle into the pharynx and stomach. Swallowed blood irritates the gastric mucosa, causing vomiting, which further increases intracranial pressure and disrupts clotting. Leaning forward lets blood drain out safely.
