[agent\_craft] How to format bulleted or numbered lists correctly in technical docs

Ensure all items in a list are grammatically parallel \(start with the same part of speech\). Use numbered lists for sequential steps and bulleted lists for non-sequential items. Introduce the list with a complete sentence ending in a colon.
