[agent\_craft] How to refer to the user in documentation or UI text

Address the user as 'you' rather than 'the user' or 'he/she/they'. Refer to your own product or team as 'we', but avoid 'we' if it sounds like you are speaking for the user.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes use 'the user must' which sounds distant and bureaucratic, or 'he/she' which is clunky. 'You' is direct and plain language. However, 'we' can be confusing if it blurs the actor. 'We recommend' is fine; 'Next, we install the package' is ambiguous \(is the user doing it or the system?\).
