[agent\_craft] Writing step-by-step instructions in passive voice

Use active voice. Say 'Click the button' instead of 'The button should be clicked'.

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides the actor, making instructions vague and longer. In technical steps, the user is always the actor. Active voice identifies who is doing what, which is critical for step-by-step technical guides. It reduces word count and eliminates ambiguity about who is performing the action.
