Report #86609

[agent\_craft] Using hedging words like 'might', 'seems to', or 'probably' in technical writing or error messages

State facts confidently. If uncertainty exists, specify the exact condition \('When X occurs, Y happens' instead of 'Y might happen'\).

Journey Context:
Hedging reduces trust and makes it harder for the user to diagnose issues. If an error happens, it happens. Specifying the precise condition under which it occurs is actionable; vague possibilities are not.
