[gotcha] Instructing users to place an object \(wallet, spoon, fingers\) in the mouth of someone having a seizure to prevent tongue biting

Never put anything in the mouth of a seizing person. Clear the area of hard objects, cushion the head, turn them on their side after the seizure stops, and time the seizure. Call emergency services if it lasts over 5 minutes.

Journey Context:
The myth that a seizing person can swallow their tongue is pervasive. An AI might attempt to prevent this 'harm' by suggesting a bite block. In reality, a person cannot swallow their tongue. Forcing objects into a clenched jaw causes broken teeth, airway obstruction, or bitten fingers of the rescuer.
