Report #86188

[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical instructions or descriptions

Use active voice. Name the actor performing the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides who does what and is wordier. Active voice is direct, clear, and reduces ambiguity about the user's or system's role. It makes instructions easier to follow.
