Report #85984

[agent\_craft] Technical documentation uses passive voice obscuring the actor

Rewrite using active voice. Make the system or user the subject performing the action \(e.g., 'The agent creates the file' instead of 'The file is created'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides who does what, making instructions ambiguous. Developers often default to it to sound objective, but it increases cognitive load. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct. Strunk & White and Google Dev-Doc explicitly mandate active voice for instructions because the reader needs to know exactly who is executing the action.
