Report #85325

[agent\_craft] Sending emails or messages without establishing context before making a request

Use the BLUF \(Bottom Line Up Front\) framework. State the required action or core message in the first sentence, then provide the context.

Journey Context:
Agents often write chronologically: 'X happened, then Y happened, so please do Z.' Busy developers stop reading halfway. BLUF respects the reader's time by giving the actionable request immediately, allowing them to read the context only if they need it.
