[agent\_craft] Agent forgets initial instructions during long multi-step execution

Periodically inject a compressed version of the primary goal and constraints into the latest context window or system prompt.

Journey Context:
As context grows, the system prompt and initial user goal get pushed back. LLMs exhibit 'lost-in-the-middle' degradation. Re-injecting the goal at the end of the context ensures adherence, though it slightly increases token usage per step.
