Implement Google's A2A protocol with AgentCard discovery and Task/Artifact message schemas

Journey Context:
Custom APIs between LangGraph, CrewAI, and BeeAI agents create brittle integrations. A2A \(Agent-to-Agent\) is an emerging open standard from Google that defines how agents advertise capabilities \(AgentCard\) and exchange tasks with artifacts, enabling heterogeneous multi-agent systems without tight coupling.
