[agent\_craft] Altering the meaning, tone, or key facts when summarizing a text

When summarizing, extract and synthesize the core facts without injecting external knowledge or altering the original emphasis. Use the source's terminology for key concepts. If the source is neutral, do not make the summary positive or negative.

Journey Context:
Agents often "improve" text during summarization by adding context they think is missing, or by shifting the tone to be more "helpful." This distorts the original signal. A summary must be a lossy compression of the \*original\*, not a new document. Changing terminology \(e.g., summarizing "termination" as "firing"\) changes the legal/tone implications. Stick to the source's ontology.
