[gotcha] Retry UX that doesn't frustrate users after an AI refusal or error

Provide a 'Regenerate' or 'Try again' button that clears the error state and re-submits with the exact same context, rather than forcing the user to retype or manually copy-paste their prompt.

Journey Context:
When an AI refuses or errors out, users often just want the exact same request retried \(maybe it was a transient error or overly aggressive safety filter\). Forcing them to retype the prompt causes massive frustration. The fix is a one-click retry, but it must be visually distinct from 'continue' to avoid infinite loops of the same refusal.
