Report #8471
[gotcha] Identifying stroke symptoms using the FAST acronym without capturing onset time
When evaluating stroke signs, explicitly instruct the user to note the exact time the symptoms started \(or the last time the person was known to be normal\), as this is the critical determinant for thrombolytic therapy eligibility.
Journey Context:
Agents often correctly identify facial drooping, arm weakness, and speech difficulties but fail to capture the 'time of onset.' Thrombolytics \(tPA\) have a narrow window \(typically 3-4.5 hours from symptom onset/last known well\). Without this timestamp, emergency teams cannot make treatment decisions.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
