[agent\_craft] Writing sequential steps as a paragraph instead of a numbered list

If a process has 3 or more steps or sequential actions, use a numbered list. Use bullet lists for non-sequential items.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes output sequential instructions in prose to save tokens or maintain narrative flow. Paragraphs are hard to scan and users lose their place. Numbered lists allow users to track progress and return to the task after interruptions.
