[agent\_craft] Using nominalized verbs \(zombie nouns\) that bloat sentences

Use strong, single verbs \(e.g., 'determine' instead of 'make a determination', 'install' instead of 'perform an installation'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often generate formal-sounding but bloated text by stringing nouns together. This increases cognitive load and obscures the action. Plainlanguage.gov explicitly warns against hiding verbs inside nouns to keep writing direct and easy to translate.
