[gotcha] Instructing a person with a suspected spinal injury to remove their helmet or move to a comfortable position

Immobilize the neck/spine. Do not move the patient, and do not remove helmets unless trained to do so or it completely blocks the airway.

Journey Context:
Agents might prioritize 'comfort' or 'airway access' by removing a helmet. However, removing a helmet without coordinated effort can cause permanent paralysis by severing the spinal cord.
