[agent\_craft] Agent hits context window limits when including full file contents for multi-file edits

Use hierarchical summarization: file-level signatures \(function defs \+ docstrings\) for unchanged files, full content only for active edit regions, diff-based conversation history

Journey Context:
Naive RAG retrieves whole files. For a 10-file change, this explodes tokens. Instead, provide scaffold view \(signatures, imports, types\) of dependencies, full content only for files being edited. Compress conversation history by replacing old assistant code blocks with comments indicating truncation.
