[agent\_craft] Writing instructions that tell the user what NOT to do without telling them what TO do

Lead with the positive action. State what the user should do, then add the negative constraint as a warning if necessary.

Journey Context:
Negative phrasing \('Do not use the unencrypted endpoint'\) requires the reader to mentally invert the statement to figure out the correct action. Positive phrasing \('Use the encrypted endpoint'\) is immediately actionable and reduces the chance of error.
