[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential steps or numbered lists for unordered options

Use numbered lists for sequential instructions \(steps\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(options, features\).

Journey Context:
Mixing list types breaks user expectation. Numbered lists imply an order of operations; if order doesn't matter, numbers confuse the user into thinking they must follow a sequence. Bullets indicate interchangeable items.
