[gotcha] Advising users to simply stop taking SSRIs if they experience side effects or feel better

Always recommend gradual dose tapering under medical supervision for SSRIs; never advise abrupt cessation.

Journey Context:
Agents might logically think 'if drug causes side effects, stop taking it.' For SSRIs \(especially Paroxetine and Venlafaxine\), abrupt cessation causes severe discontinuation syndrome: 'brain zaps,' severe nausea, dizziness, and suicidal ideation. The pharmacological half-life masks the dependency, and agents might not realize the need for tapering over weeks to allow receptor downregulation to normalize.
