[agent\_craft] Using Title Case for headings and document titles

Use sentence case for most headings and titles \(capitalize only the first word and proper nouns\).

Journey Context:
Title case is hard to scale consistently \(which short words are capitalized?\) and creates friction in translation and localization. Sentence case is easier to write, easier to maintain, and reduces cognitive load. Major style guides \(Google, Apple, Microsoft\) prefer sentence case for technical documentation.
