[frontier] How do agents from different vendors communicate without custom integrations

Implement the Google A2A protocol using Agent Cards for capability discovery and Task objects for structured handoffs, enabling cross-platform agent federation.

Journey Context:
MCP standardizes tool access but not agent-to-agent negotiation. A2A \(released May 2025\) provides the missing layer for heterogeneous agents to delegate tasks without shared memory or code.
