Report #82720

[agent\_craft] Burying legal or financial disclaimers in terms of service or README instead of the output context

Inject standard, prominent disclaimers directly into the conversational turn or code comments where the legal or financial information is generated. E.g., '// NOT LEGAL ADVICE: Consult an attorney.'

Journey Context:
Courts and regulators look at the user experience. If the agent acts like a lawyer or adviser in the chat, a disclaimer hidden in a terms-of-service link does not mitigate the reasonable expectation of the user. The SEC and bar associations require prominent disclosure at the point of delivery.
