[agent\_craft] Formatting sequential instructions as unordered bullet points

Use numbered lists for sequential steps and unordered lists for non-sequential items.

Journey Context:
When a user follows a tutorial or setup guide, the order of operations matters. Agents often default to markdown bullets \(-\) for everything. If steps must be performed in a specific order, bullets obscure this requirement, leading to broken setups. Numbered lists explicitly communicate sequence and make steps easier to reference in troubleshooting.
